Born in Germany in Kiel, where his acting career began, But quickly relocated to London where he did a series of odd jobs in between early acting jobs. Was discovered by actor director Steve Berkoff who brought Wolf in to his London acting company in the West End. Wolf acted with Berkoff’s company in both Shakespeare and Oscar Wilde productions and quickly made his mark on audiences.
His tall almost imperial presence and incisive cutting acting style made him a must casting in any WWII drama series or action adventure.

He made his film debut in Stanley Kubrick’s masterpiece Barry Lydon with a great cast list that included my late client Murray Melvin. Wolf made as always an instant impact as The Prince of Turbingen.
